Percival de Rolo - The Lord of Whitestone
From Critical Role - The Legend of Vox Machina
Using a blend of historical and modern tailoring techniques, this costume was designed to reflect the Whitestone coat of arms. It features intricate goldwork embroidery, custom leather belts, thermoplastic shoulder pauldrons and hours of beading.
The Pepperbox prop was crafted from PVC pipe, foam and Worbla thermoplastic. It is articulated at the trigger, hammer and barrel.

From The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian designed by Isis Mussenden
This costume was created to be as screen accurate as possible, following the design from the 2008 film. It uses real leatherworking techniques such as, wet forming, tooling and breakdown to create an authentic armour set that matches the hard to find references.

From Critical Role - Bell’s Hells
The prop sword from this costume is made of EVA foam and intricately detailed to capture the natural aesthetic of this character. This costume has seen several versions, one with a set of armour made from EVA foam, and the other in the style of a pirate for warmer weather.
